Trauma Therapy with ART or EMDR
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are both therapies that use eye movements to treat trauma. ART is faster and more directive, while EMDR is more structured and phased.
